I happen to be feeling extra generous today, so I am going to share with you my Top Secret Salad Dressing Recipe. This will satisfy your sweet and salty cravings, which makes it such a powerful evening meal or snack. Beside this dressing, adding chopped cabbage to your salads is the cherry on the top. I could eat this salad every night! It is my go to meal or snack.  I add either grilled chicken, salmon, tuna, or lean steak, depending on my craving.

Julie’s Salad Dressing

4 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp stevia (make sure it doesn’t have dextrose or other hidden sugars in ingredient list)
1/2 cup avacado or extra virgin olive
Oil
1/4 tsp sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp liquid aminos (healthier alternative to soy sauce)

Combine and mix together
