I Have to do What?

All that Easter candy is so tempting. Before you start shoveling all that sweetness into your mouth, thing about a few things…

If you eat:

  • 25 small jellybeans
  • 5 peeps
  • 8 malted eggs
  • 1 Cadbury crème egg

Then you must walk 6.4 miles to burn off the 640 calories

If you eat:

  • 25 small jellybeans
  • 5 peeps
  • 8 malted eggs
  • 1 medium hollow chocolate bunny
  • 1 chocolate-covered marshmallow egg
  • 1 Cadbury Carmel egg

Then you must walk 9.8 miles to burn off the 980 calories

If you eat:

  • 5 marshmallow chicks, 1 crème-filled chocolate egg, 15 jelly beans contain 1 peanut butter egg, 1 solid chocolate Easter bunny

Then you must

  • Walk for 39 minutes + jump rope for 12 minutes + bicycle for 25 minutes + swim for 15 minutes + jog for 27 minutes to burn it off

So, instead of shoveling handfuls of candy into you mouth, pick your favorites and enjoy. I will never tell you to stay away from anything all together, but moderation is the key.
