MEET THE 34-DAY FAT DESTROYER TEAMS

As we end our Phase 3 today and begin Phase 4 tomorrow, I thought it was time to introduce you all to our 34-Day Fat Destroyer Teams who have been kicking some serious butt this past few weeks! We have 2 more Phases to go, and these people are going all out. They are Bring’n It everyday to class, pushing themselves to better their times and reps in our Challenges, getting in those 2nd workouts throughout the day, making changes with their eating habits as they learn the best way to eat to put their body in the best position to burn fat and build lean muscle, they are passing along what they are learning to their families and getting them involved in our weekly family challenges (this has been so awesome to see and their kids are enjoying it!), and overall changing their lives to Iive a more healthy and fit lifestyle. I couldn’t be prouder of them all. I can see the effort, determination, sacrifices and commitment they are all making…and this shows me they truly want to change. I absolutely love the competitiveness and support that is being demonstrated.

As I mentioned above, this is a Team Challenge. There are 3 different categories; Body Composition, Fitness Challenges, and Points (they have different things they do to earn points). The team support, encouragement and accountability shown has been incredible! Here you go….meet the 34-Day Fat Destroyer Teams.
