“I am just so busy working and running around kids that the last thing I can think about is what to make for dinner.”
This is a vert common thing I hear from my clients. I understand life is crazy busy. I want to help you be able to do what you have to do during the day and still be able to make a healthy, delicious dinner for your family. I made this the other day and it tasted so good and only took about 15 minutes from start to finish.
Burrito bowl
1. Brown 1 lb.ground turkey in a pan
2. Add packet of Taco Seasoning with about 1/4 cup water. Mix and simmer for about 5 minutes
3. Mix in bowl with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa
* can add Black Beans if you want. You can either add whole black beans or mix in a blender if you crave a smoother consistency. If I blend up, I like to add a little jalapeño for some kick!
