With a new week ahead, I challenge you to make one positive change this week. Developing a healthy and fit lifestyle is not about changing everything at once, but taking one step at a time. It may be eating out one less time this week, limiting your sugar to less than 25 grams every day, hitting your protein numbers everyday (.8 x your body weight), drinking more water-give yourself a set amount to focus on. Whatever it may be, make it specific. Start doing things different and you will get different results. Make it Happen!
