Eating On The Road

One of the first things I do when I travel is find a grocery store. This way I can be in control of what I eat. My staples are hummus (love the roasted red pepper), rotisserie chicken, tomatoes, carrots, string cheese (found these fun cheese curds this time), Greek Yogurt (Fage is my favorite), strawberries (or some kind of berry that i add to my yogurt0, and I always have my Quest bars.  The combination of these items will give your body the nutrients it needs, keep your blood sugar stable, and keep you satisfied so you don’t crave unhealthy things.  It is possible to eat healthy while on the road. Make this a regular habit when you travel.
