My clients have been loving these…and their families keep asking for more!! This is a healthy treat and perfect for that after dinner sweet tooth or late afternoon craving. One client’s weakness is cookie dough..she says these completely satisfy that craving.
PB Chocolate Chunk Balls
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup all-natural peanut butter- creamy or crunchy your choice. Creamy holds them together better. (make sure it is all-natural-less sugar)
1/3 cup raw honey
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 dark chocolate bar (>70% cocoa), chopped
2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1. Mix together with electric mixer
2. Shape into balls (cookie dough scooper works great)
3. Refrigerate in a bag or cover tightly
Makes 24 balls
