We think it is important for our clients to be aware of their bodies; how they move, what muscles are they working, how these movements effect their daily lives (their functional movements). So we have come up with a deal that if they come up with an exercise, we will name it after them. This is the Fullmer, named after Denise Fullmer.
It is a great full body exercise, focusing on the core, abdominals, glutes, hip flexors, balance, coordination and flexibility.
