Your Workout Challenge for the week is a fun competitive game called LUCK OF THE DRAW. We play this in class at the end of our workouts sometimes to get that extra metabolic boost- a method of raising your heart rate to prolong your calorie burning throughout the day and night ou acheter du viagra a paris. I guarantee, you will be winded and tired at at the end. It is very versatile as you can do it by yourself and keep score of how many you do, or with as many friends/family as you want. You can also switch up the exercises if you want. And all you need is a deck of cards!!!! Add 2 or more decks together is needed.

HOW TO PLAY

You can do this as a whole group or for a more competitive game, divide up into teams. In class, we divide into teams and go 2 halves, 10 minutes each. 2 ways to score, #1: add up the number of cards each team has or #2: add up the number of reps completed (ie, 7 diamonds=7 reps, face cards= 10 reps, jokers= 15).

Take turns drawing a card. Once a card is drawn, everyone will perform that exercise with the number of reps that are on the card. Face cards (Jack, Queen and King are 10 reps)
