As we end our Phase 3 today and begin Phase 4 tomorrow, I thought it was time to introduce you all to our 34-Day Fat Destroyer Teams who have been kicking some serious butt this past few weeks!
25-5 Fat Burning Workout
This is one of my favorite workouts! It kicks my butt and leaves me feeling that good soreness we all love.
1-Minute Challenges
Everybody likes a Challenge. These are a great way to test you progress as you try to beat your reps each time..and it only takes 1-Minute each.
Fat-Burning Circuit
This workout will give you the right amount of cardio boost and strength building to put your body into a fat-burning zone.
3 Station Fat-Blasting Workout
This workout will give you very little time to rest increasing your heart rate and calorie burn.
Jump Rope 1000
Stir up those competitive juices while priming your body to burn that unwanted fat. You only need a jump rope and about 8-15 minutes of your time...depending on how fast you can go!!
